I was delighted to be asked to do Ninon’s hair and makeup for her marriage to Adam this spring in the centre of Bristol. Ninon first contacted me a few months before the wedding day and we soon got a date in the diary for her bridal trial.
At the wedding trial, Ninon shared with me some hair style inspiration images, which was very helpful as a starting point for what we then created. She was delighted with the finished results! Ninon had brought a beautiful hair comb to the bridal trial, made of dried flowers. It was quite a big piece, but was perfect for Ninon as she has a lot of very thick hair and it balanced perfectly with the style I created for her. I tonged her hair all over to create smooth defined curls and then dressed into a romantic bridal up do.
Ninon preferred a natural makeup which worked well as she is naturally very pretty and has freckles. I used an illuminating foundation (Chanel), a shimmering eyeshadow in a pale peach (Becca), mascara (Benefit), cheek tint (Becca) and a touch of pink lipstick (Bobbi Brown).
I loved the confidence Ninon had to wear a natural, light makeup as I often think this looks beautiful for a daytime wedding and really suited Ninon, as you can see from the photos!
Ninon and Adam were married in Bristol during the spring and the wedding photograher was Martin Dabek.
