Happy new year to you! I’ve been busy preparing for the coming wedding season, and with that l’ve begun the hair and makeup up trials for my lovely spring and summer brides.
I had so many requests from brides last year for my handmade wedding hair accessories, I decided to get busy and make a few more sparkly pieces to add to the collection. I’m naturally very drawn to the warmth of gold tones and combined with pearls, these bridal hair accessories have a lovely luxurious and glamorous feel. I like to use small freshwater pearls and some crystals as well for extra sparkle, it keeps the pieces delicate and feminine. The bridal hair vines I have created are flexible, so I can gently mould the pieces to fit the hair style that we have chosen at the trial. I always find it helpful to have a few demonstration pieces to hand, so that I can show a bride what their hair will look like with various different accessories.
Some styles best suit a comb, some a vine or crown, and others fresh flowers or delicate sparkly hair pins. I can also make bespoke hair accessories, available on request. I definitely feel that by adding a little something special to your hair on your wedding day, really helps elevate your bridal style.
